Overview

About this treatment

What is Osteopathy?

Osteopathy is based on the principle that the body is a single, interconnected unit. When one part is injured or restricted, the rest of the body compensates, often leading to secondary pain and dysfunction elsewhere. Osteopathic Manual Practitioners use gentle hands-on techniques to restore mobility to joints, muscles, fascia, and the visceral (organ) systems.

Our Approach at PhysioCare Oshawa

Gamal Gouda and our osteopathy team focus on finding and treating the root cause, not just the symptoms. Treatments are gentle, precise, and highly effective for both acute and chronic conditions.
