Overview

About this treatment

What is Reflexology?

Reflexology is an ancient healing practice based on the principle that specific points on the feet, hands, and ears correspond to organs, glands, and systems throughout the body. By applying targeted pressure to these reflex points, a trained therapist can stimulate the body’s natural healing processes, improve circulation, reduce tension, and bring the entire system into balance — without the use of oils, needles, or invasive techniques.

Our Approach at PhysioCare Oshawa

Udani Fernando, Certified Reflexologist with the Reflexology Association of Canada (RAC), combines traditional foot reflexology with hand and ear techniques. Sessions are customized to your health concerns and often paired with acupuncture or massage for powerful synergistic results. Clients frequently report profound relaxation and noticeable improvements after just one or two sessions.
